I did Cardio Axe and Tummy Tuck yesterday. I was really surprised by hownotchallenged I felt by Tummy Tuck. I didn’t feel the burn the same way during and after, so I’m thinking maybe I should download Ab Ripper X and start doing that instead. Today is Cardio Axe and High & Tight. I find Cardio Axe annoying, but (for now) it’s preferable to the treadmill and the toe blisters that come with it. I always look forward to High & Tight, though. Also, given that I am in copious amounts of pain from the last of my wisdom teeth coming in, for which I am desperately seeking an appointment to just get the fucker pulled out, a workout may not actually happen today…we’ll see how drained I am by the end of the work day.
