Conquered leg day today. It was hard, my heart was really not in it. By about halfway through I started to feel great, but I absolutely with did not want to do leg day. But I couldn’t afford not to because I missed two leg days before last week, and to be honest my butt doesn’t look it’s perkiest. And two weeks from now I’ll miss two legs days while I’m on my trip. Gahh, my poor butt will be flattened! Hopefully all the walking will at least help me burn off the croissants and crepes because I will definitely be eating them. This is a YOLO moment. *Sigh*. Anyway, here’s leg day!

  • 4x15 leg extensions
  • 4x15 dumbbell squats
  • 4x12 bench step ups (each leg)
  • 3x the length of my basement and back walking lunges
  • 3x12 deadlifts

Superset:

  • 4x15 leg extensions
  • 4x12 cable hamstring curls (each leg)
  • 4x30 calf raises (10 w toes pointing forward, 10 w toes pointing inward, 10 w toes pointing out)
